The certified local area network infrastructure installer scheme focuses on local area networks and industry standards like EN 50173 and EN 50174. Structured cabling is the lifeline of many businesses, but poor practices are being seen because of a non-regulated industry. This can be done either as the following:

• CLNII Full (Fibre Optic & Structured Cabling)

If you only complete the structured cabling element, you are not qualified for the fibre optics installation element.

You will agree to carry out installations in line with EN50173 or ISO 11801 standards; this includes cabinets, containment, keep records of your work for auditing purposes should an external client raise concerns evidence is vital.
